What we collect
When you use our contact form (or newsletter sign-up, where offered) we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and message. No account is required.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry or send updates you requested — never for profiling or advertising.
How it's processed
- Hosting & security: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms from spam and bots.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.
- Email delivery: form submissions are delivered by Resend to contact@opshelp.com. Resend processes them on servers in the United States.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived token to verify you're not a bot.
Affiliate links
Some links to hosting providers are affiliate links — if you sign up through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click one, that provider may set its own cookies to credit the referral, governed by their privacy policy. Affiliate relationships never affect our reviews or rankings; we only recommend hosts we'd use ourselves.
Data retention
We keep what you send us as long as needed to handle the request and for normal business records. Deletion is available on request.
